About this product
The Starrett A1 Arbor is designed for use with Starrett hole saws from 14mm to 30mm in diameter, suiting FCW hole saws. It has a 9mm (8.75mm) hex shank for a secure grip in the drill chuck, and comes fitted with a pilot drill for accurate hole positioning, held in place by a set screw so it can be replaced when needed. This standard-locking arbor forms part of Starrett's wider arbor system, which covers hole saws up to 210mm and includes options for HSS, extended HSS and carbide-tipped pilot drills. It is suited to trades such as electricians, plumbers and carpenters needing clean, accurately positioned holes in various materials.
