ROCOL TUFLUBE Allweather Open Gear Lubricant is a heavy-duty paste grease for protecting heavily loaded, slow-moving mechanisms in wet and corrosive conditions. Its additive package prevents metal-to-metal contact, while a self-healing film resists mechanical squeezing to maintain protection over time. A hydrophobic barrier and anti-corrosion additives guard against pitting and corrosion, and Hi-Tac boosters give strong adhesion and water-wash-off resistance, allowing application even when submerged. It works across a temperature range of -30°C to +70°C and is free from bitumen and solvents. Suited to marine, offshore and freshwater use, it can be applied by hand or automatic pumping equipment on jacking systems, open gears, slew rings, winches, sluice gates and similar high-load, slow-speed mechanisms. Supplied in a 400g size.
