About this product
ROCOL Mould Release Spray is a PTFE-based release agent for plastic and rubber mould tools, including injection, compression and blow mouldings. It gives fast, efficient and clean release with faithful reproduction of mould detail, supporting high-speed production. The formula offers strong adhesion to mould surfaces, is non-staining and will not transfer to the finished product, so it can be used without risk of blemish or affecting later finishing work such as painting or printing. It leaves a dry matt finish, suited to components that will be over-painted or printed, and is effective at temperatures up to +270°C. Supplied as a 400ml spray for convenient application in professional moulding operations.
