About this product
ROCOL Cold Galvanising Spray is a 400ml aerosol that gives long-term corrosion protection to metal components, leaving a permanent zinc-rich, mid-grey coating. It suits components that cannot be treated by hot dip galvanising, and is also used to repair damaged or scratched areas on existing galvanised surfaces, restoring protection to compromised patches. The fast-drying formulation forms a smooth coating that resists cracking or splitting even when deliberately flexed, making it suitable for parts subject to movement or vibration. It is non-toxic, lead-free and chromate-free, and remains effective across a temperature range of -30°C to 450°C.
