The DEWALT VDE Diagonal Cutting Pliers are 160mm insulated side cutters designed for electrical work, tested and certified safe up to 1000V. They feature a laser hardened cutting and gripping edge, giving maximum strength while reducing low hardness in damage-prone areas of fixings, with an approximate hardness of 61±2 HRc and a depth of 1.5±0.5mm. The high leverage design increases jaw force for more efficient cutting, and a black oxide trim helps extend the tool's lifespan. Premium 3-shot comfort grips with anti-slip grooves are contoured for cushioning and control, while the S-shaped handle offers a secure, controlled grip that reduces hand fatigue.
