About this product
These 180mm High Leverage Combination Pliers from Knipex are VDE tested to 10,000V and safe for use up to 1,000V, conforming to DIN EN/IEC 60900. Multi-component grips provide comfort and insulation, while the optimised leverage design needs around 35% less effort than conventional combination pliers, making cutting, gripping, bending and pulling easier.
Forged from high-grade tool steel and multi-stage oil-hardened with a chrome-plated finish, they feature long cutting edges (approx. 63 HRC) suited to soft wire, hard wire and piano wire, plus gripping zones for flat and round material. Cutting capacities include piano wire up to 2mm, hard wire up to 2.5mm, and multi-strand copper cable up to 11.5mm (16.0mm²).
