About this product
The Stabila LAX 50 is a self-levelling cross-line laser for internal setting-out work, ideal for fitting built-in furniture, tiling, wallpapering and general installation. It projects horizontal and vertical laser lines at right angles simultaneously, allowing marking-out without pencil lines.
Accuracy is ±0.5mm per metre over a 10-metre working range, with self-levelling within a 4-degree range for quick set-up. It runs on 3 x AA batteries (supplied), giving around 30 hours of use, and has a 1/4in tripod thread.
The kit includes a combined tripod/telescopic leg system: the tripod covers 0.6-1m, while the telescopic leg extends to floor/ceiling heights of up to 2.75m. Placed directly on the ground, the unit has a working height of 7cm. It is a Class 2 laser suitable for indoor use.
