About this product
ForgeFast wood screws measuring 6.0 x 90mm, supplied in a box of 100. Suitable for heavy-duty structural beams, substantial timber framework and thick floor constructions where deep penetration and strong holding power are needed.
The screws have a universally accepted Pozi-compatible drive with six underhead lobes for improved countersinking and reduced surface dust, plus a reinforced countersunk neck for added holding power. An anti-friction, serrated thread reduces splitting, jacking and spinning of joined components while improving pull-out resistance. A double cutting point allows faster drilling with less clogging and can pierce 0.8mm steel.
The Elementech 400 coating gives anti-corrosive protection lasting up to six times longer than standard zinc coatings, contains no Cr6+, and is salt spray tested to 400 hours. Intended for interior use.
