ForgeFix ForgeFast TORX® Compatible Elite Performance Wood Screw ZY 4.5 x 20mm Box 200 FFT4520Y

ForgeFix ForgeFast wood screws, 4.5 x 20mm, supplied in a box of 200 complete with a Torx® compatible bit. The larger diameter combined with a compact length suits heavy-duty cabinet work, bracket mounting and joining dense hardwoods, offering strong grip in thinner sections.

The patented drill and drive thread creates its own pilot hole, reducing splitting and preventing jacking between joined components, while a sharp point gives fast bite and can pierce 0.8mm steel. The reinforced countersunk neck with recessed ribs improves holding power and countersinking with less surface dust.

Screws are finished with Elementech 400 coating, an anti-corrosive, Cr6+-free finish said to last up to six times longer than standard zinc coatings and salt spray tested to 400 hours, suitable for interior use.
