About this product
The DeWalt DCH172 is a compact, lightweight 18v XR cordless SDS Plus rotary hammer drill, well suited to drilling in confined spaces or overhead. It runs on a brushless motor for extended runtime and reduced maintenance, and offers two modes: drilling and hammer drilling. It includes an adjustable side handle with depth stop, a belt clip, tether points for working at height, and a bright white LED worklight with a delay feature.
It can drill up to 16mm in concrete, 16mm in wood and 10mm in metal, with a no-load speed of 1,060rpm, up to 4,980 blows per minute and 1.4 joules of impact energy. It weighs 1.8kg without battery.
Supplied as the DCH172D2 kit with two 18v 2.0Ah XR Li-ion batteries, a charger and a carry case.
