About this product
The Makita DHR263 is a cordless SDS Plus rotary hammer drill powered by two 18V Li-ion batteries wired in series to drive a 36V motor system. Supplied as a bare unit without batteries, charger or case, it suits tradespeople who already own compatible Makita batteries.
It offers three operating modes – rotation with hammering, hammering only, and rotation only – and includes 40 bit-angle settings for versatility. A one-touch slide chuck allows quick SDS-plus bit changes, while the LED job light with pre-glow and afterglow functions improves visibility.
Capacities are 26mm in concrete, 13mm in steel and 32mm in wood, with a no-load speed of 0-1,200rpm and impact rate of 0-4,800bpm. The drill weighs 4.7kg and features an ergonomic soft grip and battery capacity warning lamp.
