The Dormer F302 is an HSS die nut for reclaiming worn or damaged metric threads, sized M8 x 1.25mm pitch. Made from high-speed steel with a bright finish, it offers good wear resistance and durability for professional and workshop use.
It conforms to BS1127:1950, has an M thread form with a tolerance of 6g, and features a two-thread chamfer lead to aid engagement. Right-hand rotation is used for cutting, producing clean, accurate threads on damaged components.
