About this product
The DEWALT DCBP518 POWERSTACK Slide Battery is an 18V 5.0Ah Li-ion battery using stacked pouch cell technology rather than traditional cylindrical cells. This gives a low impedance construction and greater connected surface area, allowing higher currents and more power to reach the tool.
The pouch cell design offers superior thermal performance compared with cylindrical cells, improving durability and increasing recharge cycles for greater longevity. It is also more compact and lighter than other 18V batteries, improving comfort in use.
Fitted with a rubber overmould for added durability, it is compatible with the full range of DEWALT 18V XR power tools and chargers. Dimensions are 100mm x 70mm x 150mm, weighing 0.8kg.
