The Makita DGA467 is an 18V LXT cordless brushless angle grinder taking 115mm discs, aimed at users wanting cordless freedom without sacrificing control. It has a paddle switch, variable speed control dial, electric brake and anti-restart function, plus an electronic current limiter to guard against overload.
Makita's Automatic Torque Drive Technology adjusts cutting speed to load for consistent performance, while Active Feedback Sensing Technology shuts the motor down if rotation suddenly slows, protecting the user. Other features include a soft start motor, battery fuel gauge, removable dust covers and an ergonomic soft-grip handle.
