About this product

This DEWALT XR pole saw is a cordless, battery-powered tool for pruning and limbing branches without the need for a ladder, suited to landscaping and site clearance work. It has a telescopic aluminium shaft giving an extended reach of up to 4.5m, with a 200mm bar and chain. The brushless motor delivers up to 55 cuts through 100 x 100mm branches on a single charge, and an automatic oiling system keeps the chain lubricated throughout use. Safety features include a dual switch to prevent accidental start-up and a low kickback chain design. The angled head allows a more controlled cutting position for tougher jobs. Construction is lightweight aluminium with a support handle for balance and comfort during extended use. This kit includes an 18V 5.0Ah XR lithium-ion battery and an XR multi-voltage charger, providing a complete set-up ready for use.
