About this product

The Makita DUC305Z is a cordless chainsaw powered by two 18V LXT Li-ion batteries working together to drive a 36V brushless motor, offering good runtime with minimal maintenance. Suitable for cutting small to medium-sized trees and branches, it features a 300mm guide bar, variable and constant speed control, an electric chain brake with kickback protection, and adjustable automatic chain lubrication with a 200ml oil tank. Design features include a soft-grip ergonomic handle, a large metal spike bumper for firmer control while cutting, and captive nuts to prevent losing fasteners when changing the sprocket cover. Weight is approximately 4.6-5.3kg depending on batteries fitted. Supplied as a bare unit with saw chain, guide bar, guide bar cover, oil supply and box wrench, but without batteries or charger.
