About this product

The IRWIN Marples M750 Splitproof Pro Bevel Edge Chisel Set is a three-piece set intended for carpentry, joinery and general woodworking. Each chisel has a carbon-rich blade that is solid forged, hardened and tempered up to the last inch, giving good edge retention and a long working life. The handles are guaranteed splitproof and help absorb harmful vibrations during mallet work, while a highly durable friction grip aids secure control for precision tasks. A sturdy neck and bolster construction allows the chisels to withstand repeated striking while maintaining accuracy. Each chisel is supplied honed and sharpened, ready for use. The set contains 13, 19 and 25mm (1/2in, 3/4in and 1in) bevel edge chisels, covering commonly used sizes for mortising, paring and trimming work.
