Bondloc B638 is a high-strength retaining compound supplied in a 10ml bottle, suited to smaller projects, maintenance work and applications needing precise dosing. It is designed for cylindrical parts under dynamic load, keys, splines and structural tubing with a close tolerance fit, giving high strength retention under cyclic loading without suffering fatigue under load stress.
The product is a green urethane acrylate resin with a specific gravity of 1.08. Fixture speed without activator is 5 minutes, with a full cure time of 24 hours and static shear strength of 30 N/mm. It has a minimum shelf life of 12 months and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
