About this product
DEWALT Extreme 2 metal drill bits are high-speed steel bits designed for portable or stationary drilling of steel, both alloyed and non-alloyed, up to 900N/mm. They are also effective in wood and plastic materials, and particularly suited to drilling sheet or thin materials where accurate, burr-free holes are needed. A patented split pilot point tip eliminates walking or slipping on contact, giving precise hole placement. Three flat sides on the shank prevent slipping in the chuck, while a tapered web reduces breakage. A gold ferrous oxide coating helps prevent overheating, and permanent size markings above the shank improve visibility. This pack contains 10 bits with a 3.3mm diameter, 36mm working length and 65mm overall length.
