About this product
The Faithfull FAITD630 is a taper drill bit for making holes in sheet materials, capable of drilling any diameter within its 6mm to 30mm range. This makes it suited to medium to large holes for plumbing, HVAC and metal fabrication work, reducing the need to carry multiple drill bits.
Made from high speed steel (HSS) for durable, precise performance, it is designed for sheet materials up to 2mm thick. Use of a cutting fluid is advisable to prolong tool life and aid cutting. As with any sharp cutting tool, eye protection should be worn and the workpiece secured before drilling, and the bit should be run at the recommended speed to avoid overheating.
