About this product

The Makita HP1641 is a 240v mains-powered percussion drill suited to workshop and site use where a standard electrical supply is available. It offers both rotation-only and rotation-with-hammering modes via a keyless drill chuck, making it capable of drilling masonry, steel and timber with its 680w motor.

A new reversing system extends carbon brush life with no power reduction in reverse rotation. The in-line positive grip design maximises power thrust, and the large variable-speed trigger allows speed to be matched to the task, remaining comfortable to operate even with gloves.

Capacities: 16mm masonry, 13mm steel, 30mm wood. No-load speed 0-2,800rpm, impact rate 0-44,800bpm, weight 2.0kg. Supplied with a depth gauge and side handle.
