About this product
The Makita LS1018LN is a slide compound mitre saw with dual-bevel capability, suited to a wide range of cutting tasks from mouldings and skirting to furniture components. A built-in laser guide, controlled by an independent switch, helps with accurate alignment, while the large precision-machined aluminium base and linear ball bearing system support consistent cuts.
The direct drive motor includes a soft start feature and electric brake, and the saw bevels 0°-45° left and right with positive stops, mitring 0°-47° left and 0°-60° right. An ergonomic rubberised D-handle, oversized trigger switch and see-through blade guard add comfort and visibility during use.
It runs on a 110V supply with 1,430W input power and no-load speed of 4,300/min, taking a 260 x 30mm blade. Supplied with a mitre saw blade, triangle rule, vice assembly, dust bag, extension wing pair and wrench.
