About this product
The Makita LS1018LN is a slide compound mitre saw with dual-bevel capability, suited to a wide range of cutting tasks such as crown moulding, baseboards and furniture components. It features a built-in laser guide with independent switch for precise alignment, and a large, precision-machined aluminium base with linear ball bearing system for accurate cuts.
A direct drive motor with soft start and electric brake gives smooth, safer operation, while the rubberised D-handle and oversized trigger switch add comfort. Bevel adjusts 0°-45° left and right, and mitre ranges from 0°-47° left to 0°-60° right, with positive stops. A see-through blade guard aids visibility.
Runs at 1430W input, 4300 rpm no load, with a 260 x 30mm blade. Supplied with a mitre saw blade, triangle rule, vice assembly, dust bag, extension wings and wrench.
