About this product

Everflex Contract 225 Industrial & Glazing Silicone is an acetoxy cure sealant that cures quickly to give a permanently flexible, high-strength waterproof seal. The brushed steel colour is designed to match metallic finishes such as stainless steel and aluminium, making it suited to installations where the sealant's appearance needs to blend with the surrounding metalwork. It is intended for glazing and industrial applications, including sealing glass to glass, glass to aluminium and metal, butt and channel glazing, fixing PVCu trims and cladding, sealing around worktops and laminated panels, cap glazing to metal, timber and PVCu frames, aluminium gutter sealing, gasket sealing, and refrigeration and hygiene seals. It offers quick curing with low dirt pick-up and remains temperature resistant to 200°C, supplied in a 295ml cartridge.
