Everbuild Sika Everflex® 450 Builders Silicone Sealant White 300ml 880245

The Everbuild Everflex® 450 Builders Silicone Sealant in White, supplied in a 310ml cartridge, is the most versatile and widely used variant, perfect for applications involving white PVCu windows, sanitaryware, white painted surfaces, and clean, modern installations where a bright, crisp finish is required. This white variant is the go-to choice for both residential and commercial projects, offering exceptional performance whilst maintaining the clean, professional appearance essential for kitchens, bathrooms, and white window installations. As a low modulus, oxime cure RTV silicone sealant, it provides excellent adhesion to both porous and non-porous surfaces without the need for priming, conforming to BS5889 standards. The high viscosity formula ensures outstanding tooling properties and rapid curing to deliver a permanently flexible, high strength waterproof seal. White is particularly practical for perimeter pointing around white window frames, sealing white PVCu components, bathroom and kitchen applications, and any project where a clean, hygienic appearance is essential.
