About this product
Everbuild Sika Everflex 450 Builders Silicone Sealant in Grey is a low modulus, oxime cure RTV silicone that adheres to porous and non-porous surfaces without priming, conforming to BS5889. Its high viscosity formula gives good tooling properties and cures quickly to a permanently flexible, high strength, waterproof, rubber-like seal with low dirt pick-up.
The grey colour suits concrete, stone, slate, metal and grey PVCu installations, giving a coordinated finish for commercial and residential work. It suits perimeter pointing around window frames, expansion joints, weather sealing, sealing pre-formed panels, soft metals such as lead, copper and zinc, glazing and draught proofing. Suitable for internal and external use, and provides good sound insulation.
