Everbuild Sika Everflex® 450 Builders Silicone Sealant Translucent 300ml 880194

Everbuild Everflex 450 Builders Silicone Sealant is a low modulus, oxime cure RTV silicone that bonds to a wide range of porous and non-porous surfaces without priming, conforming to BS5889. The high viscosity formulation gives good tooling properties and cures quickly to form a permanently flexible, high strength, waterproof seal with low dirt pick-up and good sound insulation.

Its translucent finish suits applications where a discreet, virtually invisible seal is wanted, such as glass-to-glass and glass-to-aluminium sealing, glazing and conservatory work. It is also suited to perimeter pointing around PVCu, wood and other window frames, as an adhesive for PVCu and plastic trims, expansion joints, sealing soft metals such as lead, copper and zinc, draught proofing, repair work over existing sealant, and roof weather sealing.
