Everbuild Sika Everflex® 450 Builders Silicone Sealant Ultra Buff 300ml 880260

Everbuild Sika Everflex® 450 Builders Silicone Sealant is a low modulus, oxime cure RTV silicone that bonds to a wide range of porous and non-porous surfaces without priming, conforming to BS5889. The high viscosity formula gives excellent tooling properties and cures quickly to a permanently flexible, high strength, waterproof seal with low dirt pick-up.

Supplied in buff, it suits stone, sandstone, beige renders and timber frames where a natural, blended finish is wanted. It is suitable for perimeter pointing around window frames, sealing PVCu, plastic trims and components, expansion joints, soft metals such as lead, copper and zinc, general glazing, draught proofing, repair work over existing sealant, glass-to-glass and glass-to-aluminium sealing, and roof weather sealing, both internally and externally.
