About this product
The Dormer F302 HSS die nut is used for reclaiming worn or damaged screw threads. Made from High-Speed Steel with a bright finish, it offers good strength and wear resistance for professional and industrial use. It is manufactured to BS 1127:1950 and produces threads to 6g tolerance, with a two-thread chamfer lead and right-hand cutting rotation.
This version is a metric coarse thread die nut, size 16mm x 2.00mm pitch, in a hexagonal die nut format. Suitable for repairing or restoring existing threads on M16 components.
