About this product
The Dormer P813 is a solid carbide rotary burr with a pointed tree (ball nose) shape and double cut geometry, suited to multi-angle contouring and cutting narrow angles in hard-to-reach areas. It has a bright, uncoated carbide tip and a toughened, hardened steel cylindrical shank for rigidity and strength, reducing bending and vibration during use. The double cut flute design gives efficient material removal, breaks swarf into manageable pieces and reduces the chance of swarf congestion, allowing improved control closer to the centre. It suits steel, cast steel, stainless steel, cast iron, copper and copper alloys, high-temperature alloys and hardened materials, for tasks such as engraving, carving and weld preparation. Specification: diameter 3mm, shank diameter 3mm, working length 14mm, overall length 38mm.
