About this product
The DeWalt DCS386 is an 18V XR cordless brushless reciprocating saw designed for cutting a range of materials including wood, PVC and steel sections or pipes. It features FlexVolt Advantage technology, which recognises when an XR FlexVolt battery is fitted and unlocks additional power. A crank-type drive train gives smoother operation with reduced vibration, while the pivoting, open-top shoe improves stability and visibility during cuts. A keyless, lever-action blade clamp allows tool-free blade changes.
It has a no-load stroke rate of 0-3,000 strokes per minute, a 29mm stroke length, and weighs 3.5kg without battery. Maximum cutting capacities are 300mm wood, 160mm PVC and 130mm steel section/pipe. An ergonomic handle with rubber overmould and an LED work light add to usability.
This set includes two 18V POWERSTACK 5.0Ah Li-ion batteries, a charger and a TSTAK heavy-duty kitbox.
