About this product
The DeWalt DCG404 is an 18V XR cordless brushless angle grinder with a 125mm disc diameter, designed for cutting, grinding and surface preparation in metalworking, fabrication and construction. Its compact, slim body suits confined spaces and awkward or overhead angles, while the brushless motor improves efficiency, runtime and motor lifespan.
Safety features include an electronic brake that quickly stops the disc when the trigger is released, an electronic clutch to reduce kickback on pinching or stalling, and electronic soft start for smoother control. A rubber overmould grip and two-position side handle aid comfort, and mesh debris covers help keep dust out of the motor.
No-load speed is 11,000/min and weight is 1.56kg. It uses the DeWalt 18V XR battery platform. Supplied as a bare unit with side handle, grinding guard, cutting guard and hex wrench, but no battery, charger or case.
