About this product
The Makita GA5091X01 is a 125mm angle grinder for grinding, cutting and smoothing welds on metal and masonry, suited to both professional and DIY use. It features a slide switch, variable speed control by dial and Active Feedback Sensing Technology, which cuts the motor if rotation suddenly slows or the wheel is forced to stop. Other safety features include a mechanical brake, soft start, anti-restart function, lock-off function and current limiter, plus double insulation and a tool-less wheel guard for quick adjustment.
It runs at 2,800-11,500rpm no-load, with a 125mm wheel diameter and 22.23mm bore, an M14 spindle thread and a 2.5m power cord. It comes with an adjustable side handle for stability and control during use.
