Bondloc B638 is a high strength retaining compound in a 50ml bottle, suited to workshops and production environments with regular assembly needs. It is designed to give high strength retention under cyclic loading, maintaining full strength without fatigue under load stress. As a cylindrical parts supplement, it is suited to structural components under dynamic load, keys, splines, and structural tubing with close tolerance fit.
Based on a urethane acrylate resin, it is green in colour, with a fixture speed of 5 minutes without activator and full cure achieved after 24 hours. It has a specific gravity of 1.08, a static shear strength of 30 N/mm, an operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C, and a minimum shelf life of 12 months.
