Bondloc B641 is a single-part anaerobic bearing fit retaining compound supplied in a 50ml bottle, suited to workshops and production environments with regular bearing and shaft fitting needs. It is designed for fitting cylindrical metal assemblies and cures once confined between the parts, securing bearings, shafts and other cylindrical components that may need to be disassembled in future.
The formula is medium strength, allowing disassembly when required, and is colour-coded yellow for easy job identification. Fixture speed without an activator is 10-15 minutes, with full cure reached after 12 hours. It has a specific gravity of 1.06, a shelf life of at least 12 months, and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C, with static shear strength of 12N/mm.
