About this product
This 115mm Faithfull Zirconia Abrasive Jumbo Flap Disc with 120 grit is designed for use with 115mm angle grinders, suited to smooth grinding and fine finishing work on wood, metal, plastic and stainless steel. It is well suited to final surface preparation on smaller workpieces. The jumbo design contains up to 40% more abrasive than standard flap discs, extending service life. It is manufactured from long-lasting Zirconia Alumina and resin bonded for extra strength, giving consistent performance. Its slightly conical shape suits grinding at 15–25 degree angles on contoured surfaces, aiding control and access. Maximum speed is 80m/s (13,300 RPM).
