About this product
This Faithfull 80 x 30mm flap wheel is designed for sanding and finishing shaped or curved workpieces, giving a smooth, consistent result without clogging. The flexible flaps are made from aluminium oxide with a resin bond for added strength and durability, allowing them to conform closely to contoured surfaces.
It has a fine grade of 120 grit, suited to final surface finishing. A built-in arbor shaft with a 6mm (1/4in) shank allows it to be fitted securely into most standard power drill chucks.
As with any abrasive wheel, eye protection should be worn, the wheel checked before use, and the drill's maximum RPM not exceeded. Keep hands clear of the rotating flaps and use in a well-ventilated area.
