About this product
This 80 x 30mm Faithfull abrasive flap wheel has a coarse 60 grit grade, suited to aggressive material removal and initial surface preparation on larger curved or shaped workpieces. The 80mm diameter gives good coverage for rapid stock removal across substantial contoured surfaces.
The flexible aluminium oxide flaps are secured with a resin bond for strength and service life, giving a consistent finish on shaped and curved work without clogging. A built-in arbor shaft with 6mm (1/4in) shank fits standard drill chucks.
When using, wear eye protection, avoid exceeding the wheel's maximum RPM, inspect before use, keep hands clear of the rotating flaps, ensure secure mounting, work in a well-ventilated area, and avoid excessive pressure. Intended for sanding and finishing only.
