About this product
This Faithfull abrasive flap wheel measures 80 x 30mm and has a medium 80 grit grade, suited to general-purpose sanding on curved and shaped workpieces. The larger diameter gives good surface coverage for finishing contoured areas efficiently.
The flexible aluminium oxide flaps are secured with a resin bond for added strength and service life, giving a consistent finish while resisting clogging. A built-in arbor shaft with a 6mm (1/4in) shank allows the wheel to be fitted into most standard power drill chucks.
When using the wheel, wear eye protection, do not exceed its maximum RPM, and inspect it before use, avoiding any that are damaged or shedding. Keep hands away from the rotating flaps, ensure secure mounting, use in a well-ventilated area, and avoid applying excessive pressure.
