About this product
This 115mm Faithfull Zirconia Abrasive Jumbo Flap Disc with 40 grit is designed for use with angle grinders, suited to rough grinding and aggressive material removal such as rust, scale, welds and general surface preparation. It works on wood, metal, plastic and stainless steel. The jumbo design holds up to 40% more abrasive than standard flap discs, giving extended service life. It's made from long-lasting Zirconia Alumina and resin bonded for extra strength, maintaining aggressive cutting performance throughout use. The slightly conical shape suits grinding at 15–25 degree angles on contoured surfaces. Diameter is 115mm, with a maximum speed of 80m/s (13,300 RPM).
