About this product
This 115mm Faithfull Zirconia Abrasive Jumbo Flap Disc is designed for use with compact angle grinders, suitable for wood, metal, plastic and stainless steel. With an 80 grit rating, it is intended for final grinding, removing minor imperfections and preparing surfaces for finishing coats or further treatment. The jumbo design contains up to 40% more abrasive than standard flap discs, giving extended performance for finishing work. It is manufactured from Zirconia Alumina and resin bonded for extra strength, maintaining consistent cutting action throughout its life. The slightly conical shape suits grinding at 15–25 degree angles on contoured surfaces, offering control for precision work. Maximum speed is 80m/s (13300 RPM).
