It fits compact angle grinders, giving good manoeuvrability and control. The disc has 72 flaps for effective material removal with minimal risk of gouging or discolouration. Its layered construction runs cooler and quieter than typical grinding discs, with reduced vibration and glazing. The self-sharpening flaps maintain consistent performance and give a longer life than fibre discs, meaning fewer disc changes. A lightweight design reduces operator fatigue and improves control, while the slightly conical shape suits grinding at 15-25 degree angles on contoured surfaces.
