About this product

This Faithfull 125 x 22mm flap disc has a 120 grit aluminium oxide finish, suited to smooth grinding of mild steel, carbon steel and alloys. It is designed for final surface preparation before coating, painting or finishing, and fits standard angle grinders. The disc has 72 flaps for effective material removal with minimal risk of gouging or discolouration, and a self-sharpening design that keeps cutting performance consistent, giving up to 30 times the life of fibre discs. Its lightweight, layered construction runs cooler and quieter than typical grinding discs, reducing operator fatigue and vibration. The slightly conical shape suits grinding at 15-25 degree angles on contoured surfaces, helping maintain accuracy and surface quality across larger workpieces.
