About this product

Pack of 3 Faithfull Aluminium Oxide Flap Discs, 125 x 22mm with 40 grit, designed for use with standard angle grinders. Suited to heavy-duty rough grinding and finishing of mild steel, carbon steel and alloys, including weld removal, rust elimination and surface profiling. The 72-flap construction gives fast stock removal with minimal risk of gouging or discolouration. Self-sharpening flaps maintain cutting performance and give a life said to be up to 30 times longer than fibre discs, reducing the number of disc changes needed. The lightweight, layered design runs cooler and quieter with less vibration and reduced glazing, easing operator fatigue and aiding control. A slightly conical shape suits grinding at 15-25 degree angles on contoured surfaces.
