About this product
This pack contains three Faithfull Aluminium Oxide Flap Discs, 125 x 22mm, in mixed grits: one each of 40, 80 and 120 grit. Suitable for use with standard angle grinders on mild steel, carbon steel and alloys, the discs cover all stages of grinding — 40 grit for rough grinding and finishing, 80 grit for final grinding, and 120 grit for smooth grinding. Each disc has 72 flaps for fast stock removal with minimal risk of gouging or discolouration. The lightweight, layered design runs cooler and quieter with less vibration than typical abrasive discs, and the self-sharpening flaps give a longer life than fibre discs, reducing the need for disc changes. The slightly conical shape suits grinding at 15-25 degree angles on contoured surfaces.
