About this product
This Faithfull flap wheel measures 60 x 40mm and has a medium 80 grit grade, suited to general sanding on curved and shaped workpieces. The extra depth gives a larger contact area for consistent results across bigger contoured surfaces.
The flexible aluminium oxide flaps are secured with a resin bond for added strength and longer service life, and are designed to resist clogging while delivering a consistent finish. A built-in arbor shaft with 6mm (1/4in) shank fits standard drill chucks.
Safety guidance includes wearing eye protection, not exceeding the wheel's maximum RPM, checking for damage before use, keeping hands clear of the rotating flaps, ensuring secure mounting, working in a ventilated area, and avoiding excessive pressure during use.
