About this product
This Faithfull abrasive flap wheel measures 60 x 40mm and has a coarse 60 grit grade, suited to aggressive material removal and initial surface preparation on medium to large curved or shaped workpieces. The increased 40mm depth gives extra contact area for rapid stock removal.
The flexible aluminium oxide flaps are resin-bonded for strength and extended service life, conforming to contoured surfaces without clogging and giving a consistent finish. A built-in arbor shaft with 6mm (1/4in) shank fits standard drill chucks for stable operation.
Intended for sanding and finishing only; avoid excessive pressure, wear eye protection, do not exceed the wheel's maximum RPM, and inspect for damage before use.
