About this product
This Faithfull flap wheel measures 60 x 40mm and carries a fine 120 grit grade, suited to achieving smooth finishes on medium to large curved and shaped surfaces. The 40mm depth gives good contact area for consistent results across contoured workpieces.
The flexible flaps are made from aluminium oxide and secured with a resin bond for strength and long service life, giving consistent, non-clogging performance during extended finishing work. A built-in arbor shaft with a 6mm (1/4in) shank fits all standard drill chucks for secure mounting.
When using, wear eye protection, do not exceed the wheel's maximum RPM, inspect before use, avoid damaged or shedding wheels, keep hands clear of the rotating flaps, ensure secure mounting, and use in a well-ventilated area without excessive pressure.
