About this product

This pack of three Faithfull Aluminium Oxide Flap Discs measures 125 x 22mm with 80 grit, suited to final grinding of mild steel, carbon steel and alloys. The 72-flap construction allows fast stock removal with minimal risk of gouging or discolouration, giving a good balance between material removal and surface finish for use with standard angle grinders. The lightweight, layered design runs cooler and quieter than typical abrasive discs, with reduced vibration and glazing, making it easier to control over extended use. The self-sharpening flaps maintain consistent performance and give a longer working life, said to be up to 30 times that of conventional fibre discs, reducing the need for frequent disc changes. The slightly conical shape suits grinding at 15-25 degree angles on contoured surfaces, and the pack of three provides continuity for ongoing work.
