About this product

The Makita HP2051 is a 110v percussion (hammer) drill aimed at trade users needing power in a slim, compact body. It runs on a 720w motor with two mechanical gears, giving high-speed settings for smaller holes and low-speed, high-torque settings for larger bits, plus forward/reverse rotation.

Control comes from a variable speed trigger and torque limiter, while an anti-vibration system and double insulation help reduce fatigue and improve safety. A keyless chuck allows tool-free bit changes.

Max capacities: steel 13mm, wood 40mm, masonry 20mm. It is supplied with a side handle, depth stop and carry case, and weighs around 2.3–2.5kg.
